Shoppers can currently access this exclusive feature at Zegna’s main store located on Montenapoleone Street in Milan. 

The Italian luxury fashion label Zegna has rolled out an AI-enhanced recommendation tool within its community-focused Zegna X app, which first launched back in 2021.

The innovative technology was showcased on April 18 at the renowned Salone del Mobile event in Milan. As stated by the company, announcement Zegna aims to redefine the shopping experience, aiming to reach new heights in luxury clienteling.

The company is dedicated to crafting an unparalleled shopping journey for its clientele. In this ambitious project, they have collaborated with tech powerhouse Microsoft, which created a state-of-the-art configurator blending backend data and advanced tools.

Their new AI system is engineered to assess customer preferences and deliver customized suggestions, intelligently recommending pieces and outfits that align with individual styles and personalities. The enhanced application also boasts a 3D configurator capable of generating up to 49 billion combinations using the brand’s ready-to-wear items.

This cutting-edge feature is currently exclusive to Zegna’s flagship location on Montenapoleone Street in Milan, with plans to roll it out to additional stores globally.
