Celebrating Valentine’s Day, this release includes nine avatars and twenty-two digital accessories.

Zara, the fast-fashion powerhouse owned by Inditex, unveils a collection ready for the metaverse collection This collection, named 'Valentine's Tale,' showcases nine avatars and twenty-two digital items, including earrings, rings, necklaces, bags, stickers for nails and body, a teddy bear handbag, and various other accessories.
Inspired by baroque art, manga, pixel art, 3D designs, and the fashion of the 1940s, this collection presents an exciting blend of styles that could shine in both the metaverse and the real world.

Importantly, these items are not only available in physical stores but also on Zepeto, a metaverse platform popular in South Korea. Additionally, Zara has rolled out exclusive digital accessories for virtual environments. For example, users can explore a special wallpaper style, flooring, and a photo booth for taking snapshots with their avatars.
This marks Zara's fourth foray into virtual fashion, a collaboration with Zepeto. Previously, they teamed up with South Korean brand Ader Error in December 2021. In April 2022, Zara launched the metaverse collection titled 'Lime Glam,' and then in September of that year, they introduced a phygital Y2K creatures campaign available in stores and on Zepeto.
The Spanish fashion giant isn’t alone in launching web3-focused Valentine’s Day projects. Mexican soda brand Jarritos partnered is collaborating with Jeremy Fall’s web3 initiative Probably Nothing to release Valentine’s Day NFTs, alongside beauty brand NARS tapped which is partnering with Boss Beauties to celebrate 'Galentine's' Day with complimentary NFTs.
