SaaS platform Wix.com today introduced a conversational AI chat feature, which is intended to help users launch their online business endeavors.

According to the company, the innovative chatbot can engage in conversations that resemble human dialogue and deliver vital insights regarding users' specific business aims. In addition, the AI chatbot provides personalized solutions necessary for each unique enterprise.

During the chat, users can participate in a thorough discussion, with follow-up queries specifically tailored to their feedback. The AI-driven interaction then generates suggestions pertaining to essential elements required to establish their online business profile, covering a broad spectrum of necessities — including website templates, e-commerce tools, and more. imagery , preferences for tone, text content, and everything else.

Wix has been incorporating AI into its services since 2016, when they debuted the Artificial Design Intelligence (ADI), their first AI website builder. Since that time, Wix has continually expanded its range of offerings. This latest tool is a valuable addition to their already impressive suite of AI-based web development features.

Wix noted that the level of information provided by users significantly influences the depth of personalization in the results produced. For instance, the AI chat engages users by asking about their target demographic, and subsequently crafts example blog content specifically for them.
