ViewSonic is developing a Metaverse designed specifically for the educational sector.
ViewSonic Corp . is launching a beta version of a Metaverse for education.
The offering known as UNIVERSE by ViewSonic encompasses engaging virtual spaces intended for education, such as classrooms and collaborative areas.
Students can showcase their individuality and connect with fellow learners through customized avatars. User-friendly controls let them explore the digital campus and interact with classmates in a virtual setting where they can comfortably cultivate meaningful relationships. Communication happens through private and group chats, as well as emojis and realistic spatial audio.
Educators can take advantage of a suite of teaching tools, including screen sharing, live camera feeds, and the ability to create quizzes tailored to their classes. At the same time, students can engage in open dialogues in the primary learning environment or break away into smaller rooms for more in-depth discussions.
