Michael Le, the TikToker, has debuted a groundbreaking play-to-earn gaming engine.

Michael Le, a prominent social media influencer, has joined forces with tech entrepreneur Robin DeFay to create Joystick, a cutting-edge Web3 esports gaming platform. This platform aims to enable both gamers and content creators to keep 100% of the revenue they generate from gameplay. The startup has successfully secured $8 million in its first seed funding round, with ambitious plans to raise $110 million during its Series A funding round.

At just 22 years old, Le is convinced that play-to-earn gaming has the potential to transform lives, emphasizing that the industry should prioritize gamers and the time they invest in various gaming platforms.

"The mission of Joystick is to establish an ecosystem where anyone worldwide can access and benefit from owning gaming assets and tokens. There's a strong demand for a new paradigm that compensates players for their time, and Joystick is stepping up to provide that innovative solution.\"

Focusing entirely on a play-to-earn model, Joystick allows users to leverage their earnings to shape their in-game personas. Participants might become business moguls, content creators, or conquerors in esports. While users will pay a one-time registration fee, they will gain access to educational resources, a unique community, and exclusive merchandise. The platform aims for a global reach.

"We're disrupting the traditional approach by allowing players to pay a single fee and retain all the revenue they generate. This is a significant upgrade compared to the conventional profit-sharing system that most platforms use. Essentially, the more effort and skill players put in, the higher their earnings—our profits take a back seat,\"\" said Robin DeFay, the platform's co-founder and CEO. said The primary revenue stream for the platform will be driven by NFTs from a rental system where users can exchange assets for in-game rewards. Players can also compete in esports tournaments for prizes like NFTs, sponsorship deals, and JOY tokens. JOY is an ERC-20 token built on the Ethereum blockchain, functioning as the currency that sustains the Joystick ecosystem.

We are in the process of creating a next-gen gaming ecosystem that empowers players to monetize their passion for gaming.
