Seal has officially announced the launch of its groundbreaking IBO platform, marking the first launchpad to emerge from the Bitcoin ecosystem, enabling users to stake their Seal tokens to earn STB tokens.
In Brief
The introduction of IBO marks a significant milestone for Seal, as it represents the first launchpad in the world of Bitcoin, empowering users to stake their Seal tokens and earn STB, the token linked to the pioneering project.

The team that is driving the development of the RGB++ protocol and overseeing the Seal supernode of RGB++ has announced an exciting new venture: the launch of the Initial Bitcoin Offering (IBO), the leading launchpad within the Bitcoin ecosystem. This community-driven platform is now operational, allowing users to stake their Seal tokens to earn STB, tied to the first project launched on the platform. Seal Boasting support for Layer assets via RGB++, the launchpad plans to expand soon to include Bitcoin Cash and other UTXO ecosystems, fostering the flourishing field of Bitcoin Finance (BTCFi).
The debut initiative on the IBO platform is Stable++, a stablecoin protocol based on UTXO that's over-collateralized. Supported strategically by the CKB Ecosystem Fund, this project is set to ensure that STB, its token, maintains both circulation and stability within the Bitcoin ecosystem, with a total supply capped at 21 million. Dogechain To get involved, users are encouraged to stake their assets. Once staked, these tokens will not be available for withdrawal until August 5th. The staking window will close on July 29th, and at that moment, the rewards for staking will begin to be calculated. After August 5th, a seven-day staking period will conclude, during which 2% of the SB tokens will be distributed proportionally among those who staked.
Participants can stake the RGB++ asset Seal directly on the Bitcoin mainnet to earn STB, with the tokens being airdropped to their corresponding Layer 2 address. Notably, once the staked tokens are unlocked, they will be sent back to the Layer 2 address instead of returning to the Bitcoin mainnet.
