the 42nd General Conference of UNESCO held in Paris. This center is dedicated to promoting ethical practices in technology and aims to influence tech policies specifically within the Gulf region. The initiative spearheaded by the state aspires to strengthen expertise and the legal frameworks associated with AI and other advanced technologies. It will operate independently from legal, financial, and administrative constraints to nurture the evolution of cutting-edge technologies.

This framework is built on seven foundational principles alongside their respective controls: Fairness, Privacy & Security, Humanity, Social & Environmental Benefits, Reliability & Safety, Transparency & Explainability, and Accountability & Responsibility.
