Samsung in The Metaverse

Samsung has officially rolled out a new Metaverse game. Metaverse game The game, titled ‘Galaxy S22 Treasure Hunt,’ allows players a chance to win a Galaxy S22 smartphone.
Built exclusively for the Metaverse, the game is found on My House, a platform created by the collaboration of Naver Z's Zepeto and Samsung. Players will find that the mechanics are straightforward; discovering a box yields prizes, and upon collecting eight boxes, participants earn a Galaxy S22. Additionally, players can also win rare fashion items from the Metaverse and other unique rewards.
In this virtual treasure map, the Galaxy S22 makes an appearance every 15 minutes for a limited duration. Beyond just hunting for treasures, players have the chance to design their virtual homes, explore various games, and engage with other users in the Metaverse.

By venturing into Metaverse marketing, Samsung aims to engage a younger demographic with their offerings. Moreover, the executives at the company believe that organizing user-generated content events would effectively captivate Gen Z shoppers and encourage them to join the game.
The gaming event runs from April 8th to 24th.
