This real estate company has rolled out an NFT initiative specifically catered to its residents.

Apparently, having a membership comes with its own set of exclusive benefits. Broder & Sachse Real Estate In Detroit, they have kicked off a fascinating NFT initiative that invited three local artists—Olivia Guterson, Chris Turner, and Eric ‘El Cappy’ Lowry—to craft NFT artworks meant specifically for the residents of The Scott at Brush ParkThe Albert – Capitol Park , and  The Hamilton – Midtown .

Each resident will be gifted one of the 225 unique artworks created by one of the featured artists. For example, Guterson is gifting residents at The Albert unique pieces inspired by her artwork titled Teach Me How to Listen , while Turner will provide individuals at The Hamilton with selections from his collection known as HOMEFRONT Residents at The Scott will receive portions of a 361-piece collection crafted by El Cappy, called WARM .

. The NFTs were developed by the digital art firm BrandXR for the residential buildings. Additionally, physical versions of the artwork will be installed at each site.

"Every resident will receive a limited edition NFT along with a physical counterpart reflecting their building's artwork, plus guidance on how to integrate their NFT into a crypto wallet,\" shared Rich Broder, a Partner at Broder & Sachse Real Estate.


"Our team has a deep-seated commitment to championing artists and creatives within Detroit,\" Broder stated. \"We are thrilled to offer our residents this distinctive crypto opportunity. NFTs can foster a sense of community around an artist's work and, in this instance, also among our Detroit properties.\"

An app called Electrifly Residents will have the chance to bring these NFTs to life in the lobbies of their buildings. They can engage with the art using augmented reality through the respective app.


"I fell in love with the concept of this project from the moment Broder & Sachse introduced it to me,\" expressed Eric ‘El Cappy’ Lowry. \"I envision that this style of NFT experience for Detroit residents will gain momentum across various locations nationwide in the coming years, especially as it provides creatives the opportunity to showcase their work in a more avant-garde manner.\"
