Transactions will be handled through the LUNU POS terminal, which accommodates a variety of crypto wallets, including Binance Coin (BNB) and Tether (USDT). It will determine the exchange rate between crypto and fiat at the time of the sale.
Founded by Virgil Abloh in 2012 in Milan under the name 'PYREX VISION', the streetwear label later rebranded to Off-White™. Over the years, it has emerged as a leading name in luxury fashion, thanks to Virgil's creative vision and the surge in popularity of streetwear.
Following the acquisition of the license by New Guards Group, Off-White™'s majority stake was taken over by LVMH in 2021. Tragically, Virgil Abloh passed away at the age of 41 on November 28 in Chicago. Currently, the brand is managed by his dedicated team.
Other luxury brands that have embraced cryptocurrency payments include Philipp Plein, which implemented them in August 2021, and the prestigious Swiss watchmaker Hublot, who introduced crypto as a payment option in February 2022.
