It will feature a networking infrastructure layer, modifications based on insights from Devnet, and additional support for builder tools and dependencies. This stage will implement real sharding and will be available to a wider audience of users.
In the following phases, V2 and V3 testnets are expected to roll out improvements aimed at enhancing both developer experience (DevEx) and user experience (UX), as well as ensuring compatibility with key development tools.
