The acquisition of Nightshift positions MoonPay to offer a wider array of services, allowing it to deliver holistic solutions for clients eager to explore web3. This rebranded agency, now called Otherlife, boasts a talented team ready to assist clients in navigating the intricacies of the web3 landscape.
Nightshift has served high-profile clients, including prominent tech companies like Shopify and Adobe, while also having an impressive roster that includes brands such as The Hundreds, Coinbase, and Collab.Land.
"Nightshift has excelled in illustrating what Web3 experiences can truly be and how they can enhance brand interaction. Ultimately, if we can show our clients pathways to greater success, they won't be concerned about which web version they are using—they just want effective solutions,\" said Keith Grossman, MoonPay's corporate president.
Prior to the acquisition, MoonPay launched a range of creative projects throughout 2022. For instance, in April, they collaborated with Fondation Vasarely, designer Paco Rabanne, and Selfridges to launch a fashion-oriented NFT.
In June, the fintech pioneer debuted its NFT platform in collaboration with Universal Pictures, Fox Corporation, and Snoop Dogg's label, Death Row Records.
