Moonbirds Made Waves in the NFT Scene, Achieving a Stunning $294 Million in Sales

This collection of 10,000 pixelated owl NFTs launched with quite the bang, showing early signs that it could evolve into the next major blue-chip project alongside CryptoPunks. These utility-enabled profile pictures (PFPs) are designed to offer long-term benefits, known as nesting, and grant holders access to an exclusive Proof Discord channel. In this platform, NFT owners can collaborate on upcoming projects, plan events, and form a community. Additionally, Proof is planning a metaverse called 'Project Highrise,' where Moonbirds will play a significant role.

A core component of this successful project is its robust team. Kevin Rose, the co-founder of Moonbirds and founder of Proof, is a notable entrepreneur and a partner at the Web 3.0 firm, ‘True Ventures.’ Ryan Carson, a Web3 investor and creator of three companies, along with skilled digital artist Justin Mezzell, are also vital to the project.

Prominent figures in the NFT landscape, including Gary Vaynerchuk and Beeple, have publicly expressed their support for this initiative.

Regrettably, the Web3 space often falls prey to hacks.
