Microsoft is readying the launch of its 365 Copilot AI this November, with DALL-E 3 being incorporated into Bing Chat.

At the AI and Surface 2023 event in New York City today, Microsoft revealed the 365 Copilot AI assistant, announcing its availability for enterprises starting November 1.

This fresh functionality will be embedded in the upcoming Windows 11 update, as well as across Microsoft 365 applications and the Edge browser tailored for businesses and enterprise users.

However, accessing Copilot comes with a price tag. Back in July, the corporation disclosed its pricing model, which involves a monthly subscription of $30 for using this feature.

Users of Copilot will be able to utilize its features to condense documents and draft emails. Moreover, it has the capability to create totally new Word documents by referencing information from other files. It can even highlight key points during Teams meetings in real time.

Copilot is also designed to clarify its processes in data visualization or predictions within Excel. Users can even prompt Copilot, right from their laptop, to fetch information from their mobile devices. For instance, users can ask Copilot to gather their flight details, which it can retrieve from text messages or Bing Chat history saved on their phones.

Furthermore, a consolidated version of Copilot will begin rolling out on September 26 for all of Microsoft’s applications and services, including Windows, at no cost.

“It’s like your computer is evolving into a personal assistant. We believe that Copilot will fundamentally change the way users interact with technology, ushering us into a new era of personal computing, which we are calling the age of Copilots,” said Microsoft's CEO, Satya Nadella, during the event.

Besides the introduction of Copilot, Microsoft also disclosed plans to incorporate OpenAI’s DALL-E 3 image generation tool. Bing Chat The AI image generator is set to launch this month for ChatGPT enterprise users, but a specific release date for DALL-E 3 on Bing remains undisclosed.
