At the Ignite conference, tech leader Microsoft introduced its latest features for the widely-used Teams platform, which has an impressive base of over 270 million users each month. announced new features Teams Premium will feature fresh animated avatars that users can customize, alongside AI-supported tasks and instructional guides. As part of Microsoft’s Mesh ecosystem, these avatars will be tailored to represent users effectively during meetings on Teams. Users will have the possibility to create up to three avatars.

Currently, the avatar feature is available as a standard in Teams for a private preview.
