In the metaverse, Genies has rolled out a new NFT fashion platform known as 'The Warehouse.'

The digital avatar firm Genies, recognized for partnering with well-known figures and leading brands, has launched an NFT fashion outlet, 'The Warehouse,' aimed at avatars.
For its inaugural fashion collection, Genies collaborated with various creators, including influencer and fashion photographer Tati Bruening. Currently, only selected creators can introduce and sell their fashion lines. In the future, Genies plans to allow all users to design and list one fashion item for sale on the marketplace.
Users can leverage in-app tools to personalize clothing items they buy from The Warehouse.
Whenever a creator successfully sells an item, they earn a portion of the revenue, owing to the intellectual property rights attached to their designs. Additionally, Genies will retain a 5% fee from each sale. explained how creators can use The Warehouse.
Genies CEO Akash Nigam stated, 'Creators will have the chance to market their avatar styles, along with those they've modified over the past few months. When they sell out—for instance, if a creator sells 100 pieces—anyone from the community, including fans, can purchase these for their avatars. They will also gain the rights to modify or DIY these items using our studio platform, enabling them to launch derivative fashion lines in The Warehouse.'

Genies has aligned with top celebrity artists to bring their digital personas to life through avatars, including stars like Justin Bieber, Cardi B, Rihanna, Shawn Mendes, and Migos.
