The MetaMask wallet has rolled out a 'Buy Crypto' feature in its portfolio and on the browser extension. This feature, which was already present in the MetaMask mobile app, allows users to purchase cryptocurrencies effortlessly with fiat currencies through their web browsers.
This fiat-to-crypto gateway ensures a seamless experience for users, considering various aspects like payment methods and geographical locations. Users have the option to choose from over ninety different tokens on eight distinct networks, including Layer-2 solutions.
Users can now find the Buy Crypto To utilize the application, users need to specify their location, select their preferred payment method, pick the cryptocurrency token, and indicate how much they wish to buy. The awesome part is that the feature automatically complies with local regulations, making it easy for users to find tailored offers for their purchases. After the transaction is complete, the crypto gets seamlessly transferred to the users' portfolios. In addition, MetaMask announced that this feature enables customers to use cryptocurrency at physical merchant locations. Currently, it supports eight networks and is accessible in 189 countries. .
