Meta Platforms has officially applied for four trademarks in connection with the Metaverse.

The tech powerhouse is gearing up to unveil a range of hardware that encompasses virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed-reality technologies.

On November 3, Meta Platforms filed trademarks for \"Made for Meta,\" as reported by an attorney specializing in trademarks from the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mike Kondoudis on Twitter.

Meta's upcoming lineup features an array of VR, AR, and mixed-reality hardware, including headsets, laser systems, wearables for computers and mobile devices, adjustable head-mounted displays, as well as smart glasses equipped for AR and VR use. The trademark submission also encompasses handheld controllers designed for augmented and virtual reality, motion tracking devices, grips and knuckle straps for gaming controllers, along with interactive control pads and mats.

In summary, it appears that Meta is in the process of creating a comprehensive suite of hardware aimed at delivering a rich virtual reality experience. The emergence of the Metaverse seems unavoidable, and we may soon have the opportunity to fully immerse ourselves in it.

Rolex Additionally, American financial firms, prominent payment processor PayPal, Viking River Cruises, and Ulta Beauty Inc. have joined the trend. Western Union is reportedly exploring options for establishing a cryptocurrency exchange, while PayPal is working on a downloadable software solution for managing cryptocurrency and other digital assets.
