The LXP tokens will be awarded to individuals holding Linea’s Voyage non-fungible tokens (NFTs), which were categorized into five distinct groups—Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, and Omega—each reflecting varying levels of user engagement and contributions. A snapshot for eligibility was captured on October 23rd at 12:40 UTC, at block height 11,113,454, and only those with Voyage NFTs will be eligible for the airdrop.
Each NFT holder can receive a maximum of 7,317 LXP, determined by the highest amount of accumulated LXP eligible for distribution. The base allocations vary across NFT categories: Alpha NFTs will get 1,715 LXP, Beta will receive 945 LXP, Gamma will have 525 LXP, Delta will get 245 LXP, and Omega will see an allocation of 70 LXP.
For individuals who possess multiple NFTs within the same category, they'll earn additional LXP, but at a diminishing rate, to avoid any disproportionate benefits. The distribution system is constructed to ensure fairness, applying different weights based on category: Alpha NFTs will account for 49%, Beta for 27%, Gamma for 15%, Delta for 7%, and Omega for 2% of the total airdrop.
