Kontos Forms Partnership With ZetaChain to Boost Cross-Chain Interaction

In Brief

In a significant move, Kontos has partnered with ZetaChain to improve cross-chain compatibility, enabling users to seamlessly engage with ZetaChain's functionalities straight from the Kontos interface.

User-centric omnichain framework Kontos has announced its collaboration with the Layer 1 blockchain and cross-chain platform ZetaChain to improve interoperability. As a result, Kontos users can now directly connect with ZetaChain right from the Kontos platform.

This collaboration seeks to enrich the user experience by fostering superior interoperability, enabling individuals to set up a Kontos account and interact with ZetaChain using assets from various blockchain ecosystems. Additionally, it allows for effortless transactions, letting users perform trades and movements on ZetaChain using assets sourced from different blockchains without stressing over gas fees. Moreover, it introduces interaction capabilities with decentralized applications (dApps), allowing users to navigate dApps on ZetaChain while utilizing assets from various blockchains for gas fee management.

Kontos has also integrated ZetaChain within its Trade and Send features to activate Energy Orbs. This modification empowers users to participate in further activities, enhancing their ability to earn additional Energy.

ZetaChain functions as a Layer 1 blockchain specifically crafted for chain abstraction, simplifying the creation of secure omnichain applications that can operate across multiple blockchains, including Ethereum, Cosmos, Bitcoin, among others. ZetaChain also boasts a flourishing ecosystem filled with decentralized applications (dApps) that promote enhanced interoperability.

Kontos Unveils Energy Orbs Challenge, Rewarding Users for Active Participation in Trading

It serves as an EVM-compatible public blockchain established on the Cosmos framework, granting users access to interact with a variety of underlying public blockchains, currently enabling connections with eight unique blockchains. In this ecosystem, communication across chains is facilitated through a blend of zero-knowledge proofs and a lightweight client solution, ensuring reliable and secure data verification throughout the network.

Recently, Kontos initiated its Energy Orbs Challenge, inviting users to engage in a variety of tasks to gather energy points. These accumulated points can unlock Energy Orbs that provide rewards including Kontos Points, stablecoin bonuses, and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
