Bain Capital Crypto led this round of investment, with participation from notable backers such as LG Tech Ventures, The Venture Reality Fund, Permit Ventures, and Cozomo De’Medici. Lydia Hylton from Bain Capital Crypto remarked that they were genuinely impressed by the Jadu team's creativity, the immersive gameplay, the rich narrative surrounding the Mirrorverse, and the commitment of its community.
The company firmly believes that augmented reality represents a revolutionary form of expression, necessitating radically innovative tools to monetize and share experiences for achieving lasting success in the mainstream market.
This upcoming summer, Jadu plans to introduce mobile-optimized avatars. The Jadu App is also set to debut in TestFlight beta, allowing users to link their Ethereum wallets, select preferred NFT avatars, and engage in AR gaming.
Jadu intends to incorporate 3D NFT avatars from renowned collections like Deadfellaz, CyberKongz, FLUFs, VOIDs, ChibiApes, Meebits, and several others.
