io.net Unveils the World’s Largest Decentralized AI Computing Cloud at Breakpoint Conference

During the Solana Breakpoint event this year, io.net made a remarkable announcement, confirming the beta launch of what it proudly calls the largest decentralized AI computing cloud in the world.

On November 3rd, COO Tory Green and Head of Business Development Angela Yi will take the main stage at Solana Breakpoint to officially announce the public beta launch of io.net. Following the launch, engineers and GPU providers will have the opportunity to join the network.

This announcement opens new doors for cryptocurrency miners who have GPUs that aren't fully utilized, and also for clients in search of a scalable, cost-effective computing solution amidst climbing expenses.

During Breakpoint, Yi and Green shared that the network is already committed to utilizing 107,000 GPUs, which will be introduced in phases. This initial data highlights the platform's pre-launch accomplishments, with current demand climbing to 23,000 GPUs and still increasing. 

Ahmad attributes these impressive numbers to the fact that io.net is effectively addressing a genuine challenge faced by both clients and suppliers. io.net reportedly offers competitive advantages, being up to 90% cheaper than traditional GPU services like AWS and Azure.

The company announced that its DePIN platform will undergo ongoing testing and updates, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability for its users.
