Farfetch and Outlier Ventures Reveal Participants for Their Second Web3 Fashion Accelerator Edition

This round will see Decommerce, Me Protocol, Nettle, Solaire, SPIN by Lablaco, Wovn, and Numbers Protocol participating in a comprehensive remote program spanning 12 weeks.

The global luxury fashion platform, Farfetch, joins forces with Outlier Ventures to announce the second installment of their fashion accelerator known as Dream Assembly Base Camp.

In this new cohort, the focus will be on key areas such as data infrastructure for luxury, community engagement, self-expression, sustainable practices, and immersive digital fashion experiences.

Conducted remotely over 12 weeks, this program will connect participants with a vast network of over 200 experts and investors in the web3 and fashion sectors, all eager to assist with subsequent fundraising efforts. Additionally, chosen startups will receive $150,000 in funding, exchanging 7.5% equity and a 7.5% share of future token emissions.

Prominent mentors for this cohort include Jamie Burke from Outlier Ventures, Daria Shapovalova of DressX, and Meghan Kaspar from Red DAO.

More than 260 fashion-oriented startups submitted applications for this program, and ultimately, Farfetch and Outlier Ventures selected six promising teams to take part. Those selected include Decommerce, a platform for brands to engage and reward their communities; the rewards mechanism Me Protocol; Nettle, which focuses on loyalty and digital payments; Solaire, a commerce infrastructure developer; SPIN by Lablaco, enabling on-chain digital experiences through AR and VR; Wovn, a customer engagement solutions provider; and Numbers Protocol, offering a blockchain solution dedicated to the transparent tracking and authentication of digital media.

As the fashion sector continues to explore web3 initiatives, these innovative companies are poised to redefine luxury commerce in the digital realm.

This marks the second edition of the fashion accelerator driven by Farfetch and Outlier Ventures. In the previous year, the Dream Assembly Base Camp program focused on various themes, including NFTs, community strategies, luxury commerce, token economics, and product development. Farfetch and Outlier Ventures had previously selected eight startups: Metav.rs, Reblium, Altr, WearNFT, Mintouge, Iindyverse, Sknups, and Curie. startups Farfetch collaborates with Outlier Ventures to support the Web3 fashion accelerator.
