Google has announced the extension of its Google Cloud Startup Initiative to welcome early-stage Web3 projects, partnering with Aptos, Celo, Flow, HBAR Foundation, Near, and Solana Foundation.
To bolster Web3 startups utilizing Google Cloud, these blockchain partners have committed $1 million each. Additionally, Web3 startups that haven't yet secured funding could access Google Cloud Credits of up to $2,000, while those with pre-seed to Series A funding may receive as much as $200,000 within a two-year duration.
Startups verified with funding can also tap into a potential funding pool of $3 million from the Polygon Ventures Ecosystem Fund, fast-tracked reviews for the Base Ecosystem Fund, introductions to teams from Coinbase Ventures, along with access to testnet Base Goerli ETH to assist in development, among other benefits.
Other unique advantages for eligible Web3 participants in this program encompass:
- A complimentary one-month subscription to Nansen Query, alongside a 20% discount on Nansen services and engagement fees for an additional year.
- Up to $10,000 in credits from Alchemy, a platform tailored for Web3 developers, plus exclusive support and mentorship opportunities to refine concepts, share updates on products, and acquire valuable feedback.
- Users can enjoy gasless contract deployments via thirdweb, dedicated development assistance, and matching dollar contributions up to $2,500 to help promote custom contracts on the Explore marketplace.
- Participants gain exclusive access to global Google Cloud Web3 events like the Paris Blockchain Week, Consensus, and TOKEN2049 in Singapore.
