The allocation of rewards is structured into two phases, each comprising 50% of the entire 5 million token fund. The initial phase, labeled Proactive Incentives, rewards consistent engagement with monthly payouts (available for 120 participants). The secondary phase, Retroactive Rewards, celebrates significant contributions made in early 2024 and does not require participation in the Proactive phase for eligibility.
ZKsync Community Program: Eligibility Criteria and Contribution Opportunities
The objective of this program is to identify and assist vital contributors within the ZKsync ecosystem, including Community Moderators who keep everyone informed and engaged, Captains who spearhead discussions and provide mentorship, and Mateys who amplify the platform's messages, onboard new users, and actively partake in campaigns.
This initiative has a well thought-out structure with clearly outlined activities, such as engaging in discussions, helping onboard new users, supporting weekly activations across various ZKsync chains, participating in dedicated Squads that focus on governance, security, and events, and taking part in or organizing community events and AMA sessions.
According to the program timeline, Gitcoin Complete program details will be revealed on March 5th, with the Community Hub launching on the same day to offer essential information. A Discord AMA is scheduled for March 7th at 4 PM UTC to explore the program more deeply, including roles and rewards.
