Vitalik Buterin has revealed details regarding his new project. upcoming book The book is subtitled 'Proof of Stake: Essays on the Making of Ethereum and the Future of the Internet.'
As anticipation builds around the Ethereum Merge taking place from September 13 to 15, Vitalik presents a compilation of his enlightening essays from the last decade.
In addition to the technical concepts featured in this volume, readers can look forward to insights provided by Nathan Schneider, a scholar in media studies.
This upcoming book will be available in both digital and print formats starting September 27. Fans can also look forward to getting autographed digital editions and NFTs. By donating any amount of ETH through GitCoin, individuals can already mint exclusive non-transferable signed NFTs. Once the book is released, those holding NFTs will gain access to their signed editions.
Proceeds from the sales of signed digital copies will be directed towards public goods, with ninety percent going to the Bitcoin Grants matching pool, while the remaining ten percent will benefit the publisher, Seven Stories Press.
