DressX, a multi-brand digital fashion platform, successfully raised $15 million in a Series A round, with Greenfield Capital leading the investment. This Berlin-based venture fund is known for its focus on early-stage crypto startups and has previously backed notable names like Dapper Labs, Yield Guild Games, and NEAR Protocol. Other investors participating in this round include Slow Ventures, Red DAO, and Warner Music Group.
According to the announcement DressX plans to leverage this investment to advance its ambitious vision for the future of fashion. The primary goals include enhancing the interoperability of their digital fashion assets and upgrading the functionality of their NFT marketplace and mobile app. The company has also highlighted its intentions to expand its community outreach and foster partnerships with various virtual environments, which encompass social media and the gaming sector.
