The collaborative venture between DressX and Ready Player Me features non-fungible tokens minted on the Polygon blockchain, readily available for buyers on DressX’s platform. website .
Owning these NFTs allows individuals to access 3D versions of their items and dress their avatars in skins for Ready Player Me. Additionally, users can apply virtual outfits onto their photographs using the DressX dressing technology.


Altogether, this collection offers six unique looks, catering to both male and female avatars. Each NFT is a limited edition piece priced around 0.05 WETH, which is about $69.94 at the current exchange rate.
Importantly, these virtual skins are compatible with over 2,500 different virtual worlds, including Somnium Space—home to the Metaverse Fashion Week, where the avant-garde Ready Player Me Snake collection was initially revealed before its launch on DressX.

With over 3,000 applications and games using their service, platforms like Spatial, RTFKT, and Somnium Space take advantage of their offerings. Prominent fashion brands have also engaged with Ready Player Me to introduce innovative methods of showcasing their products.
This funding round, led by a16z, includes notable support from figures like David Baszucki, Justin Kan, Sebastian Knutsson, Riccardo Zacconi, and firms such as Hartbeat Ventures, Konvoy Ventures, Plural, and Snowfro.
The company has recently raised $56 million DressX has also partnered with Bershka to create a cutting-edge digital fashion collection.
