In a recent announcement, French DJ David Guetta is collaborating with Stage11 to craft a gaming experience that revolves around music.
Stage11, a French company, is at the forefront of exploring how artists and brands can leverage augmented reality, social media platforms, and the Metaverse. Their founder, Jonathan Belolo, delves into innovative technologies, partnering with top musicians to discover optimal ways to blend digital spaces with live performances.
Users can expect to see David Guetta’s lifelike avatar navigating through a futuristic Metaverse, alongside musical icons like Akon, Ne-Yo, and Snoop Dogg. Guetta will also showcase a special DJ performance, which will serve as the game's exclusive soundtrack.
Guetta expressed his excitement by saying, “Performing live is a thrilling experience—filled with music, lights, and energy from the crowd. Partnering with Stage11 to elevate this into the Metaverse is a groundbreaking opportunity for my fans.”
The initial demo of the platform is scheduled to launch in fall 2022, with the complete Metaverse experience expected to roll out in 2023. Fans can sign up for the demo on the official website, giving them a shot at winning one of the 1,000 special early access NFT tickets. These ticket holders will also get exclusive access to Stage11's Discord community, which will feature unique NFT releases.
