It turns out that “Pacman” is actually Tieshun Roquerre, a high school dropout who briefly attended MIT and previously established Namebase.

After a comment from NFTethics pointed out how straightforward it was to connect the dots to the anonymous founder of Blur, one of the unsuspecting creators reached out to share his identity. The user mentioned that Blur is backed by Paradigm, a venture firm that also invested in another startup led by Pacman and his associate.

In a candid post, the user mentioned that figuring out the identities of the so-called 'anonymous' founders of Blur was surprisingly straightforward, thanks to Paradigm's involvement as the main venture capital backer, alongside clues regarding Pacman’s previous business ventures.

So, Pacman turns out to be Tieshun Roquerre , a 24-year-old living in San Francisco.

Interestingly, Roquerre has mentioned that he had previously shared his identity in private discussions with other industry insiders to build trust or when the atmosphere felt positive.

This revelation regarding Pacman's identity is likely to enhance the credibility of Blur, and many observers on Twitter believe it will bolster the platform’s position against its rival, OpenSea. Just earlier this week, Blur attained recognition as the largest NFT marketplace based on trading volume, amassing an impressive $98.59 million in trades and averaging nearly $2,000 per token.
