Customers of Binance based in the U.S. have the capability to transfer and withdraw cryptocurrencies to any Unstoppable domain address, as well as interact with any platform that accommodates Unstoppable.
Now, users can mint exclusive two-letter and two-digit domains ending in “.BinanceUS.”
Binance's U.S. division has unveiled a new web3 domain creation tool targeting American users, allowing them to generate unique web3 domain names.
This feature is brought to life by Unstoppable Domains, a provider specializing in web3 domain names. These domains streamline cryptocurrency transactions and facilitate the creation of decentralized websites. Moreover, having a unique domain allows users to cultivate their digital personas and explore metaverses and gaming environments. Notably, there are over 3.4 million web3 domains currently minted by Unstoppable Domains.
The two companies are launching cryptocurrency domains ending in “.BinanceUS” on the Polygon Network, which enables Binance users to utilize easily recognizable usernames for their exchange addresses. From today, Binance users in the U.S. can send and withdraw cryptocurrencies to any Unstoppable domain address, which includes addresses like “.crypto,” “.nft,” or “.x.” This option will be readily available during the withdrawal process, allowing “.BinanceUS” domain holders to send crypto to any platform that supports Unstoppable.
Thanks to the absence of gas and renewal fees on Polygon, individuals who secure their own domain names can maintain them indefinitely without incurring further expenses.
To kick off this exciting initiative, the partnership is offering premium two-letter and two-digit “.BinanceUS” domains, which are exclusively accessible through the mobile application of the exchange.
