Amazon Bedrock serves as the foundational AI framework for Binance by providing managed access to essential models and functions for applications. generative AI Additionally, Amazon ECS, a managed orchestration service for containers, facilitates the deployment of Binance’s generative AI applications, which are designed to operate as scalable, efficient containerized solutions within AWS.

The KYC solution powered by GenAI at Binance not only autofills user information but also assesses the quality of Proof of Address (POA) documents and accelerates World-Check reviews. This technology has delivered impressive results: Binance reached a 95 percent accuracy rate for user information, reduced costs associated with optical character recognition (OCR) by 80 percent, increased POA approval rates across 107 countries by six percent, and cut down the time required for manual reviews of World-Check cases by 30 percent.

Further, the deployment of Amazon Bedrock The GenAI-assisted chatbot from Binance has also shown promising outcomes. This chatbot effectively clarifies user inquiries and generates high-quality responses during interactions, resulting in a five percent rise in First Call Resolution (FCR) rates for cases utilizing GenAI.

Building upon these advancements, Binance intends to broaden the scope of AWS’s generative AI technologies and cloud services across various sectors, including customer support, compliance, and risk management.
