Cryptocurrency exchange Binance The upcoming LDUSDT, a new margin asset capable of earning rewards, allows Binance Simple Earn USDT Flexible Product users to transform their subscribed USDT Flexible assets into margin assets for futures trading, while still benefiting from real-time APR rewards at the same rate. This feature enables users to gain rewards while actively participating in margin trading.
In a statement, Jeff Li, Binance's VP of Product, expressed, \"Our initial reward-bearing margin asset, BFUSD, was received with enthusiasm by our users, prompting us to launch another product aimed at enhancing user utility. LDUSDT enhances capital efficiency, allowing users to earn rewards while utilizing their assets as both a liquidity and margin trading resource, all while being able to reallocate their funds at any moment. Our Futures and Earn offerings are highly sought after in the market, and LDUSDT presents a valuable opportunity for our users to explore wider options on Binance,\" he added.
LDUSDT represents the second margin asset from Binance that earns rewards, following BFUSD, and provides increased choices and benefits for users. With LDUSDT, users can receive rewards from Binance Earn, alongside utilizing BFUSD for passive rewards derived from funding fees and staking income.
How Can You Begin Earning Rewards with LDUSDT?
Users who have allocated their USDT to Binance Earn's Simple Earn Flexible Products can navigate to the LDUSDT page and employ the Swap feature to change their USDT Flexible assets into LDUSDT at the specified conversion rate. Once the swap is completed, the LDUSDT will automatically appear in the user's futures account balance.
Subsequently, users can activate Multi-Asset Mode on the futures trading interface and select LDUSDT as their margin asset for USD-M perpetual futures. This will allow them to start generating rewards on their LDUSDT margin holdings at the real-time APR rate, effectively increasing the value of their trading assets. At any point, users can convert their LDUSDT back to USDT Flexible assets through the USD-M wallet, with their USDT being sent directly to their Earn wallet. This arrangement assures users retain the flexibility and control over their capital deployment.
