Sky Mavis, the entity behind Axie Infinity, is unveiling exciting in-game features and products tailored for the community, alongside the rebranding initiative for Axie Infinity: Origins. This announcement took place during AxieCon, a conference running from September 7 to 10 in Barcelona, Spain. play-to-earn game To kick off, the game 'Axie Infinity: Origin' will be referred to simply as 'Origins' to better distinguish the unique brand of 'Origin' Axies. Additionally, Sky Mavis plans to introduce an array of accessories for Axies, giving players the chance to customize their characters with cosmetic items earned through gameplay or crafted resources.
More exciting news is on the horizon, as Sky Mavis aims to launch a new NFT-supported mini-game alongside the anticipated 'Project K – Land game.' This innovative off-chain Alpha game will blend various gaming genres, including strategy, simulation, role-playing, and features from the Metaverse. Project K, expected to debut by the end of 2022, will allow players to gather resources, build and craft items, and much more.
In addition to Project K, a new NFT-backed mini-game called 'Axie Infinity Raylights' is also set to make its debut by the end of this month.
