Applications for the program are currently open and will span 8 to 12 weeks. Finalists will be selected by September 30th, with the outcomes disclosed on October 10th, followed by five weeks of intensive training. A demo day will take place in Vietnam, where ten chosen teams will have the chance to pitch their ideas to over twenty venture capitalists, as well as connect with potential partners and advisors. The award ceremony is planned for December this year.

Finalists may receive up to $150,000 in either rewards or grants from an overall pool of $1 million. They also have the opportunity to network with contributors and partners who can provide funding and additional backing. Furthermore, participants gain access to an international network of mentors and receive support from more than 200 venture capitalists and partners, along with a host of other advantages.

This represents a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) network featuring smart contracts and utilizing the Move programming language to process transactions on the virtual machine (VM).
