With its new NFT Solution, Alibaba Cloud is seeking to provide robust support for developers aiming to create their own marketplaces.

In a tweet that was later deleted, Alibaba Cloud shared its NFT Solution, aimed at simplifying the process for artists and creators in China to develop and monetize their NFT projects effortlessly.

The NFT Solution from Alibaba features three distinct offerings:

  • The first product focuses on NFT marketplaces, featuring services like Elastic Compute Service (ECS) and Auto Scaling, which allow for the creation of versatile and adaptive marketplaces. Users can store static assets like images and text using Object Storage Service (OSS).
  • The second product involves digital marketing techniques Additionally, the Short Message Service (SMS) functionality will enable users to create effective marketing strategies to connect with clients globally through promotional, notification, and verification messages.
  • Finally, there’s the Global Delivery Service, which includes a Content Delivery Network (CDN) and a Server Load Balancer (SLB) to ensure high-speed content delivery for applications around the world.

Users can kick off their experience with a free trial directly through Alibaba's official site, though it seems that page is currently unavailable. Pricing ranges from $6 to $26,826, varying based on the selected service, storage requirements, and subscription length. website Alibaba Cloud's launch of the NFT Solution signals the company's ambition to delve into fresh and dynamic markets, acknowledging the rising competition and evolving regulations in these sectors.

According to a news site affiliated with Alibaba, the company is also pushing into 'metaverse-related initiatives,' which encompass remote rendering of 3D content along with services in data analytics, AI, and blockchain-as-a-service (BaaS).

According to the  South China Morning Post Though Alibaba Cloud has not disclosed which blockchain will support the NFT marketplaces or if they'll integrate cryptocurrencies, this is especially significant given China's regulatory stance since the previous September.
