Alignment Nodes are essential as they oversee the 0G validators and ensure the integrity of storage and security nodes, making certain that they adhere to the network's protocols. In the long run, they will also monitor any drifts in on-chain AI models, guaranteeing that the AI on the 0G blockchain operates as it should.
Operators of Alignment nodes in the 0G ecosystem Participants can potentially earn up to 15% of the total available 0G token supply, which will be allocated over three years. These nodes gain rewards by ensuring that storage, data availability, and service nodes function as intended, helping to keep data secure for AI tasks and associated workloads.
Those who take part in the node sale and stake tokens may also benefit from additional rewards from the comprehensive 0G ecosystem over time.
The sale for whitelisted participants will kick off at 12:00 PM UTC on November 11 and will run for a duration of two days. After that, a public sale will commence at the same time on November 13, open to everyone. A total of 175,000 nodes will be offered across 32 tiers, with prices starting at just 0.05 ETH.
